Education:
BA in Accounting, Queens College, Cum Laude 1977
CPA designation in 1979
Larry has been working in accounting since 1977. He had worked in both private and public accounting prior to starting the firm, Lawrence H. Hochberg, CPA, in 1981. He has lectured for the state society and is a Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks.
Larry has extensive knowledge in the operation, accounting, and taxation of various small and medium sized businesses as well as tax planning and preparation of all levels of Individual Income Tax Returns. Larry has always had a hands-on personal approach with all his clients.
Working with computers has always been one of Larry's passions. He is familiar with the software and hardware aspects of various computer systems.
